Kathy is a Certified Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine and Teacher of Energy Medicine Practices. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, certified and fully licensed Educator, Reiki Level 3 Practitioner and Teacher, and is also licensed in the State of NJ through the Board of Cosmetology offering foot massage and energy medicine for the hands and feet. Her passion is to help others find healing and balance, naturally reduce anxiety, and return to wholeness through practices that clear and energize the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical body, by using complementary and alternative medicine practices. Kathy incorporates meditation, breathwork, and energy medicine techniques to clear and balance the luminous energy field and guides her clients to find a deeper sense of clarity and overall wellbeing.

Kathy is a Medicine Woman and is Certified Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine through the Four Winds Light Body School, and has apprenticed for many years under the guidance of the Q’ero Shamans and her devoted teachers through The Four Winds and beyond.  She has received the transmissions of the Munay Ki, fully embodying the Rites of The Q’ero lineage from Peru. She incorporates these deep, earth based, healing practices into her life, and enjoys sharing the many ways people can awaken their own power and medicine through ritual, ceremony, and their own rites of passage.

Kathy is joyfully offering women’s empowerment gatherings, women’s circles, fire ceremony, sound healing, and more! She is a keeper of the sacred fire and embodies the lineage of the Q’ero Shamans, bringing Shamanic ceremony and healing practices to the community. Kathy is also an ordained multi-faith minister and curates ceremony and ritual for weddings, baby blessings, funerals, and other rites of passage. Her medicine spans the Eastern and Western traditions and serves as a bridge between these worlds.

Offering both in-person and online private sessions, each healing session is uniquely tailored to her client’s individual needs. Her mission is to serve humanity, creating a sacred space for personal transformation at the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical levels.
