Bring: yourself! Blankets and eye masks provided.
The experience:
We begin with a short explanation where I will teach you the breathing pattern for this session.
A grounding meditation to settle everyone then a curated playlist to guide us deeper into the process. Once the active breathing portion is complete we pivot seamlessly into the rest and receive portion of the session where Kim will play the quartz crystal sound bowls for deeper healing and integration. $60.00
